Council and Senior Management undergo two days of Strategic and Coaching Sessions.
1) Day one focused on Strategic Thinking for Municipal Leaders, Performance Management, Accountability and Organisational effectiveness;
2) Day 2 focused on Coaching and Development, Effective communication and establishing a Leadership Presence.
The Strategy session provided Council and Senior Management the oppurtunity to strategise and visualise identifying areas to improve and making Kai !Garib Municipality a Model Municipality.
