*Operational Turnaround Times for Breakdowns and Complaints*
Please be advised that the Kai !Garib Municipality is committed to providing efficient and effective services to our residents. In line with this commitment, we wish to inform you of the official operational turnaround times for all breakdowns and complaints submitted to the municipality.
– All breakdowns and complaints will be addressed within 24 to 48 hours, which is within the normal norms and standards acceptable by all municipalities and agencies.
– No response time will be immediate due to normal operational requirements and constraints.
– All complaints will be responded to during normal working hours. If any complaints are received after hours, the response time of 24 to 48 hours will be applicable.
– Only in the event of serious breakdowns that pose a great risk to the entire settlement, communities, and municipality will the discretion of the Municipality and Accounting Officer be utilized to respond immediately.
