The Radio Riverside Aubrey Beukes Community Awards celebrated its 14th year of existence with a ceremony held on Friday evening at the Dessert Palace Casino & Hotel. This year’s theme, ‘The Heart and Soul of the Community’, highlighted the invaluable contributions of community heroes.

The Kai Garib Local Municipality is pleased to congratulate Cllr. Ray Saal on his achievement in the Youth Development Category, marking a significant first for the municipal area. Currently, Cllr. Saal serves as the youngest ward councillor in the ZFM District and the youngest chief whip in the Northern-Cape province.
